Because normalization anchors are fixed to the baseline period, a zone's score means the same thing across scenarios, which is what makes the comparison usable rather than merely responsive.
A retrieval-augmented system for interpreting statutes, contracts, and procedural material, built so every output stays traceable to a source.
Result. Statutes, contracts, and procedural material are made queryable with the source of each answer visible, so a reviewer can check the reasoning rather than accept it. The system is built to decline rather than guess when retrieval does not support an answer.

Result. A working application that answers one connected question across an arbitrary basket: which holdings offer better risk-adjusted return, and which statistics currently warrant attention.
